Our Client sought to improve the experience of a benefits screener tool. The current state has high drop off rates and is not accessible.

Background

My Friend Ben is a screener tool used by Colorado residents connect them to government provided benefits and resources across healthcare, education, food etc. My Friend Ben currently has high drop off rates, especially for users on mobile devices. In addition the current design does not pass accessibility guidelines. Gary Ventures enlisted our help to conduct testing and redeisgn the experience.

Solution

A new and improved My Friend Ben screener with updated branding, increased accessibility and usability for users across Colorado.
